Once we receive the bank transfer or deposit in our account, we will proceed to send the order. You can send us a receipt by e-mail to: shop@expoflamenco.com, but for security reasons, the order will not be considered effective until the financial department has bank confirmation of the transfer or deposit.

Please, if you choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method, do not forget to do it within a period not exceeding 7 days, so that we can keep the order, otherwise, we cannot guarantee and reserve the products corresponding to your order. .

If after 7 days the payment has not been received, we will understand that you are not interested in buying the product(s), so the order would be automatically cancelled.

SHIPPING COSTS

At ExpoFlamencoShop we have free shipping worldwide.

In the case of cajons and guitars, as they are large and delicate items, the shipping costs are as follows:

IMPORT TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES
