Returns and/or refunds policy
The customer may exchange any item that he or she does not like or that does not fit him or her as long as it meets the following conditions:
The customer has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise to return a product. The essential requirements for making a return are:
* That the product is new, with no signs of use, with the original box and labels properly wrapped.
* That the product has not been manipulated.
* Have the invoice or purchase ticket.
If the product meets the above conditions, the customer may exchange the item for any other size or model that we have in stock. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, as well as any customs fees, if applicable.
To return an item, you must contact us and send us an email in advance to: shop@expoflamenco.com Please indicate RETURN in the subject line and detail your purchase details in the email, including your name, phone number and order or ticket number. We will contact you as soon as possible, indicating the shipping costs generated for the subsequent shipment of the exchanged item and the payment method for the same.
