Study course on Camarón's singing with Paco de Lucia's guitar

For the tenth anniversary of the farewell of the Algeciras legend, this in-depth study of the contributions to flamenco singing by one of the most influential artistic couples in contemporary flamenco is proposed. An educational journey through the stages in which the singer José Monge Cruz “Camarón de la Isla” and the guitarist Paco de Lucía recorded together. Song by song and period by period, we will study the different territorial and personal schools that influenced Camarón. As well as his own contributions to the discographic legacy in which he participated alongside the guitar of Paco de Lucía. The Algeciras guitarist was vital in the renewal of the islander's flamenco expression. All these aspects can be translated as a contribution in the form of an anthology of repertoire that is today decisive in understanding the bases of 21st century singing and playing.
