The customer may exchange any item that he does not like or does not fit as long as he meets the following conditions:
The customer has a period of 30 calendar days, from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to return a product. The essential requirements to carry out the return are:
* That the product is new, without signs of use, with the original box and labels properly wrapped. If the product meets the above conditions, the customer may exchange the item for any other size or for another model that we have in stock, the costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, as well as customs costs if there would be. To return an item, you must previously contact us and send us an e-mail to: email@example.com indicating us in the subject RETURN and detailing in the mail your purchase data including name, telephone number and order or ticket number. We will be able to contact you as soon as possible indicating the shipping costs generated for the subsequent shipment of the exchanged item and the method of payment for it.
* That the product has not been tampered with.
* Have the invoice or purchase receipt.
